How much money can I make as a franchisee?
A:
Huffman does not currently offer earnings claims.
Q:
Am I given a protected territory?
A:
Yes. You are given a protective territory to act as a listing agent. However, other franchisees will be able to sell products in your territory.
Q:
How do I know that this territory is large enough to support my business?
A:
The territory is based on a population of 250,000 people. We as a franchisor have been working in a territory of that size for 25+ years.

Will the franchisor help me find a territory?
A:
Yes, we will sit down with you to determine a territory.
Q:
Who pays for my initial training?
A:
Your training is paid for in your franchise fee. You do have to pay for your travel expenses.
 
Q:
What is the franchisee fee used for?
A:
The franchisee fee pays for the support cost associated with supporting you as a franchise. It also goes towards R&D expenses.
Q:
Can you change the terms of my franchise agreement at the time of renewal? Is there a renewal fee?
A:
At the time of renewal some changes might be put in place so that we are able to support you more adequately. No. No renewal fee.
Q:
Does the franchisor have to approve every product I sell?
A:
Only if it defers from what we have outlined.

Can I set my own prices?
A:
Yes. The prices will vary depending on many variables.
Q:
What pre-opening expenses are there?
A:
The only expenses before you go back to your territory to open are travel expenses for training, a laptop and a video conference system. These items are required for the training class.

Can the franchisor show up without warning to inspect my business?
A:
We will always give you notice before we show up at your location
Q:
What happens to me if the franchisor goes bankrupt?
A:
Your business will not be affected. You will still operate on the original agreement throughout the bankruptcy.

Can I sell my franchise at any time?
A:
Yes. We have to approve the sale and we have the first right of refusal.

If I get sick for a long time who will run my business?
A:
